New Billet steel oil pump gear set to suit the Ford Zetec SE, Sigma and TI VCT engines.
CNC machined from EN24 steel, heat treated and super finished to make them stronger and more reliable.
Fits into a standard oil pump without the need for any modifications, replacing the standard fragile sintered metal gears. Shock caused by high RPM or rapid changes in revs can shatter the OEM oil pump gears causing engine failure. Can be fitted to used or brand new oil pumps.
Suitable for high revving engines, eliminating the need for a dry sump system.
* Not suitable for Zetec E or Zetec SE 1.7 engines

Zetec RWD Starter Motor
Zetec RWD Starter MotorThis starter motor can be used in conjunction with the RS2000 Type Bellhousing (cable clutch), the Sierra Direct Replacement Cable Clutch Bellhousing and Sierra Direct Replacement Hydraulic Clutch Bellhousing bellhousings. Equivalent to LRS707.
NOTE
This starter motor has 10mm less pinion offset to accommodate a standard Zetec E fitted to a Ford Type 9 or Borg Warner T5. Please note that some aftermarket lightweight flywheels are manufactured with a different offset to allow the fitment of standard Pinto or X-flow starter motors. Please check that your flywheel is the standard Zetec E item.
